Clean and sanitize residential trash bins on assigned routes using our equipment. This is active, outdoor work with variety every day.
- Clean, sanitize, and deodorize residential bins at the curb.
- Follow the route plan and quality checklist at each stop.
- Handle equipment safely and keep supplies organized.
- Be courteous and professional in neighborhoods and at customer homes.
- Valid driver's license

Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

Customer Service Representative
Be the friendly first point of contact for customers. You’ll handle calls/texts, schedule changes, and make sure every customer feels taken care of.
- Answer calls, texts, and emails; provide quick, helpful updates.
- Handle reschedules and cancellations and coordinate with operations.
- Resolve basic billing/account questions and escalate when needed.
- Log notes and outcomes so the team stays aligned.
- Strong communication and a friendly, calm tone
- Comfortable on the phone and typing while talking
- Organized and reliable (follow-up matters)
- Customer service experience preferred
Operations Manager
Own day-to-day operations: routes, crews, quality, and customer follow-ups. You’ll keep the schedule tight, the team supported, and the service consistent.
- Plan weekly routes and daily schedules; adjust for weather and changes.
- Manage technicians/drivers, training, and on-site quality checks.
- Oversee supplies, equipment readiness, and safety procedures.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
- Operations/leadership experience (routes/logistics a plus)
- Strong organization and communication
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working some mornings/field time as needed
Marketing Coordinator
Help SparkleICT grow locally through consistent social content and neighborhood marketing. You’ll drive awareness, reviews, and inbound leads.
- Create and post content for Facebook/Instagram/Nextdoor.
- Manage Google Business Profile updates and review requests.
- Support local promotions, partnerships, and simple ad campaigns.
- Track what’s working (posts, leads, calls) and iterate weekly.
- Experience with social media marketing (local businesses a plus)
- Strong writing and basic design/creative skills
- Self-starter with good follow-through
- Comfortable being on-site occasionally for photos/videos
